Image is one of man's senses which holds the external forms of referents in mind. Rumi mainly deals with the types fo imagination in Mathnavi , indicating that imagination is thoroughly defferent from science. To prove this , he provides the reader with tales which indicate man's intellect can easily be disrupted by his imaginations.
