This paper is a structuralist study of some verses composed by Attar in Mantegh-at-tayr. The paper holds verses No. 616 to 680. The part from which the verses have been selected, is the introduction of the story of Asefi. Attar has employed the method of Bara' at Estehlaal (the core of the theme) in order to introduce the reader to the thematic core of the subject.
