Aims and Scope

The main objective of Literary Text Research (LTR) is to provide an intellectual platform for researchers and scholars worldwide to disseminate their latest findings and exchange views on future research. By doing so, the journal hopes to improve the quality of Persian literary studies in Iran and throughout the world and to find solutions to theoretical and practical problems the field is faced with. To serve this purpose, researchers are encouraged to submit their unpublished, original, full-length research papers for potential publication in this journal.

The journal is set to publish original research articles on a wide range of issues related to Persian literary studies, including, but not limited to:

  • Comparative Literature
  • Interdisciplinary Critical Studies
  • Computational Linguistics
  • Stylistic Analysis
  • Iranian Studies
  • Discourse Analysis
  • Critical Discourse Analysis
  • Language, Text, and Culture
  • Text and Identity

To be considered for publication, articles must clearly articulate their relevance to Persian literary studies. Please note that this journal only publishes manuscripts in Persian and English.

To let individual researchers and libraries have free access to the latest research findings in the field, this journal allows open access to its articles. The journal also uses Magiran and Noormags databases to create a distributed storage system for archiving research content that could be used by individuals and libraries.

Literary Text Research (LTR) is an open-access journal. Authors who publish in LTR make their work immediately, permanently, and freely accessible worldwide.
