Abstract

Memoirs are the most attractive types of sacred defense literature that have also changed in terms of content due to structural changes. Expressing daily memories or even recording events is considered a type of narrative. From the early years of the Islamic Revolution to the present day, memoir writing has had a broad dimension among women. Therefore, the author seeks to examine the memoir written by “Kenar Rod Khin” as one of the memoirs written by women. According to the findings of the study, in “Kenar Rod Khin”, incidents and events are expressed from a woman’s perspective and language and with a feminine spirit, therefore, it can be considered a feminine narrative of war that breaks the uniform male narrative of war and creates a different text of war. The necessity of paying attention to it, as one of the memoirs of war, in determining the most important and trend-setting periods in Iranian history, led the author to turn to this topic. For this purpose, the author intends to use a descriptive-analytical method to understand this written memoir and create a new trend in contemporary Iranian literary research, albeit a small one, by understanding and examining the structure and content of the written memoir "By the River of Khin
