Abstract

Constitutional poetry is a motivation and tries to invite people to the revolution by injecting an epic spirit into society. In this revolution, poetry and specifically the language element played a very influential role in injecting the epic spirit into society. The present article intends to use the descriptive-analytical method based on library data to pay attention to the epic components of language in the poetry of the Bahar, Farrokhi Yazdi and Aref Ghazvini according to the epic language study pattern. The answer to this question is what is the most important feature and linguistic feature of the poetry of these poets and their place in the epic poetry of the constitutional era? The research findings show that the mentioned poets have paid special attention to the characteristics and epic elements of the language. Despite the changes that have taken place, national values have retained their place in the linguistic elements of epic poetry. Epic is one of the oldest types of poetry, the composition of which requires epic spirit and language. Factors that are involved in epicizing language are: having an epic spirit, syntactic and lexical archeology, the music of letters and words that, when placed together, induce special concepts to the reader, and the exaggeration that is inherent in the epic.
