World Messages of Reflecting Violence against Women in Attar Neyshabouri's elahy nameh Stories

Abstract

This study intends to reflect violence against women from the perspective of Attar Neyshabouri by Using a descriptive-analytical method. It is assumed that modern man can overcome his problems by following Attar's educational guidelines.The most important purpose of the research is to identify cases of violence against women in the theories of elahy nameh. This research is descriptive-analytical and interpretive. Attar's attention to violence against women and its reflection in the elahy nameh shows that there were violence against women in Attar's time. Study results show that violence against women is not confined to the poor community but also applies to the court of kings. Violence in elahy nameh is in two areas: public (community) and private (family) and it is openly and covertly used in four types: physical, sexual, psychological and economic. Finally, Weak judicial foundations in society and government exacerbate oppression and violence against womendifferences and social customs and tradittions. Attar was at odds with class Attar says that If the conditions and grounds are provided, women will reach the degrees of perfection more and sooner than men. He considers Prejudice against sisters and wives as an obstacle to their progress.
