From the viewpoint of French school, comparative literature is a critical study of literature dealing with the examination of literature in two or more different Linguistic, cultural or national groups. The America’s comparative school of literature considers comparative literature to be an inter-field research which makes a cross-comparison of the literature of different nations and examines the relationship between literature and other majors of humanities and fine art. The scientific concept of comparative literature first emerged out of France. Then, it entered some western countries like America and then the Far East and other countries such as Iran. Iran is one of the Asian countries which has attempted to establish comparative literature. However, Iranian researchers carried out a lot of scientific and practical research in this domain neglecting the theories of comparative literature. This issue has caused a lot of chaotic and incoherent thoughts for our current field of comparative literature.

Although Garshasbnameh Asadi Tusi is an epic book that warrior men constitute the main characters, the prominent presence of women in it should not be overlooked. The present study is an attempt to identify these women and their roles in forming certain events in the society and to examine such issues while focusing on Garshasbnameh. The first part examines the female characters of Garshasbnameh and the second part gives an account of the issues related to women, marriage, and family. The expected result of this study is to resolve and dispel any doubts concerning the minor role of women in the society of Iran at that time. One of the major issues of concern is that Grshasbnameh is an epic book which is a showcase of wars and heroism. Hence, the high frequency of women's issues in the book reveals the dynamic community of women in that era.

Language, like other natural and social phenomena, is constantly changing. From different linguistic perspectives, it has undergone a lot of changes. One of the linguistic debates has been in the domain of lexical and phonetic changes. It sometimes brings about semantic and categorical changes and at times, we can notice a change in conversions, reductions, and other types of changes. This study is an attempt to examine the reduction of derivational and inflectional morphemes of the Persian language and to analyze the role of the morphemes’ relaxation in the reduction of consonants, vowels, and syllables. Moreover, it regulates such reductions according to the type of linguistic categories. This novel issue has not been significantly researched, nor has it been discussed in grammar books.

Allusion is one of the most significant and beautiful issues of the rhetoric, which has been widely used in the literary works of all nations compared to metaphor and trope. To this end, rhetoricians, in spite of their different opinions, have struggled and carried out outstanding literary works in defining and expressing allusion and its types. In this study, the historical origin of allusion in Persian and Arabic literature is studied from literal and terminological perspectives. In addition, its main origin is examined apart from national tendencies and ethnic fanaticisms.

Some eminent researchers of Rudaki’s works have entitled him “Akfeh,” that is a person who is born blind. The writer of this research study intends to imply that there is clear-cut evidence about knowing him as one of the wisest scholars of the world though he was innately blind. His sagacity and ingenuity impressed the rulers of Samani’s government immensely, so that they made an impassioned plea for help and asked Rudaki to persuade the governor of Bokhara to rethink and get back to Bokhara. He brilliantly succeeded in it. In the second part of this study, the researcher would like to fully discuss and scrutinize the central tenets of Rudaki’s cultivated pieces of advice and delve into his beliefs. As a result, the researcher would come to the point that how the father of Persian poetry can sincerely and professionally share the experiences of his personal life with his readers as he has passed on a lot of constructive and valuable advice_ an ever-lasting memory of his notions and outlook.

Among current methods of literary interpretation in Iranian-Islamic culture, logical interpretation has been one of the most important and widespread methods of literary interpretation. Ghodamebne Jafar is the Founder of this method whose book entitled “Naghdoshear,” caused to generate long and complicated discussions in the domain of understanding and analysis of literary works. In fact, with the proposition of this approach, he interposed two important issues in Muslims’ interpretation and literature: first, the examination of the interference and the influence of wisdom on the creation and analysis of literary work and second, the influence and the effects of Greek philosophy specially Aristotle’s philosophy and particularly Botigha’s and his Ratorigh on Muslims’ interpretation and literature. Ghodame with the establishment of a wisdom-based criticism arranged the principles and elements of the interpretation for the first time. In addition, he established a common and firm criterion according to philosophical and logical principles. Although his intellectual system of interpretation didn’t attained much success, for the special condition of the Muslims’ community and culture, the non-native feature of the entered subjects from the Greek culture, and the opposition wave of the traditional thinkers which finally made Ghodame -like many others- be attracted to eloquence interpretation, his logic-based view in facing the literary works has created many novel positions for the Muslims’ culture and literature. The purpose of this study is the description of Ghodame’s viewpoints and the analysis of his influences on the Iranian-Islamic culture and literature.
